Today we worked our way up the west side of Flinders Is. From Thunder and Lightning Bay on Cape Barren Is to Roydon Is. Here is a short movie as we approached Roydon Is.
The weather is looking reasonable to make a crossing to Lakes Entrance, so our plan is to leave tomorrow (Sunday) lunch time and arrive on Monday morning. There is a front coming through over night but it is forecast to be light. Let's hope they've got that right...
By the way, we have an absolutely awesome view of the total lunar eclipse right now at Flinders Is. Zero light pollution and no clouds. The moon looks awesome through the binoculars, unfortunately it is impossible to photograph on a moving boat, so hopefully you have some good photos in the papers...
