Where are we Wednesday? #7

Flagstaff Jetty, Lakes Entrance, Victoria
Arrived here on Monday, after checking out the town, to shelter from strong winds. Lovely spot to hunker down in wet weather with bush walks & ample opportunity to marvel at the bar we crossed. Seems we had a good day to cross, as it hasn't looked very inviting since!
Family photo courtesy ofJason who walked over from the mainland today to visit us. As you can tell from the state of Evelyn the waves were crashing on the Entrance today.
Also cracked into our delayed Christmas cake (now renamed '600+ nautical-mile-cake' ). This has been travelling with us for 2 months living in the (largely) unused oven. Giles iced yesterday using wine bottle as a rolling pin. Naturally Giles & I completed said bottle immediately to celebrate our safe arrival and to prevent any icing contamination.
